Permits, Slots, & Parking

according to client requests. Moreover, ACC supports OVF (Over flight) permit services for aircraft
passing through Korean airspace.
Passenger and Crew Handling
We provide escort services to ensure smooth CIQ processing for passengers and crew,
delivering a special journey from the very first step with our attentive care.
- ㆍACC pre-checks visas and KETA through the I-Pre check-in system to streamline passenger entry, preparing CIQ documents on their behalf.
- ㆍACC offers temporary ramp passes and escort services for ramp access when aircraft maintenance and inspections are required.
- ㆍWe also provide optimal transportation and hotel booking services aligned with flight schedules to maximize operational efficiency for flight crews.
Ground Handling (Private Jets, Cargo, Air Ambulance, Scheduled Flights)
ACC offers customized ground handling services for various types of aircraft, including private jets,
cargo flights, air ambulances, and government charters. We manage all aspects of ground operations
to ensure safe and efficient takeoffs and landings.
Our GSE services include ramp buses, step cars, loaders, towing, lavatory and potable water services.
Interior and exterior aircraft cleaning services are also available. In winter, we provide de-icing services.
Fueling Services
We support cost-effective flight operations with competitively priced refueling services.
Our secure and timely fueling process prevents delays, strictly adhering to all fuel-related regulations
and standards.
FBO Services
For private jet clients, we provide FBO (Fixed Base Operator)
services with dedicated CIQ facilities, available exclusively at RKSS.
Flight Planning
Our flight planning services encompass every aspect necessary for efficient and safe flight operations, including NOTAM, SIGMET, up-to-date weather charts, and flight plan submissions.
Catering
We provide high-quality catering services for VIP passengers and crew.
