Flight schedules and aircraft information are required for aircraft operation permit, and a General Declaration and a Noise Certificate will be required.

ACC assists by preparing these documents on behalf of passengers/crew in advance and only their signature is required for submission.

There are some countries that exempt visa for RKPC only, provided that you stay only in RKPC and most transit passengers do not require a visa.

Crew can stay without a visa for up to 30 days but they must bring their crew ID.
Since there is no Visa on Arrival system in Korea, passenger who needs to issue visa can enter Korea after applying through the embassy in advance.
Passengers with an APEC Business Travel Card (APEC CARD) benefit from visa exemption and fast-track entry and exit.
The passport number on the APEC card must match the valid passport currently carried by the passenger and the ‘KOR’ must be stated on the back of the APEC card.
Items prohibited from being brought into Korea include meat and meat products, fruit, firearms, drugs, etc.
Some processed foods or specific foods may be allowed, but please check with ACC in advance.
The main duty-free limit is
*Liquor : 2 bottles of liquor (total volume up to 2L and US$400)
*Tobacco ; 200 cigarettes, 50 cigars, or 250 grams of any other tobacco product.
*Perfume : 100ml of perfume
Other duty-free items: The total value of personal items and souvenirs is limited to $800
For foreign aircraft to operate domestic flights, a declaration of conversion of aircraft qualification must be submitted to customs.
This process requires departure airport fueling information (fuel supplier, fuel cost) and a copy of the captain's passport for customs declaration of aircraft’s remaining fuel.
Customs procedures typically take 30 minutes to an hour, but it may take longer if further inspections are made.
To bring a pet into Korea, a vaccination certificate and health certificate are required.
